As we're just but a few months away from 2022, questions about fundamental freedoms have come into debate as we still continue to fight the pandemic. 😷 Over in Europe and the UK, much has been talked about the possibility of vaccine passports for entry into large-scale events and gatherings. It's creating discourse from all sides. Afghanistan is once again the center of the world’s attention - for all the wrong reasons. Afghan women are currently experiencing a shock right now, given the Taliban are returning to power so much more quickly than anticipated. 🔴 CODE RED FOR HUMANITY 🔴 Last year, I decided that I wanted to make “handle criticism better” a New Years resolution. It’s never really been such a big issue for me, but I find times where I get so bummed out and bothered for days on end. The 21st of May saw news reports talking about a ceasefire between the Israeli army and Hamas. Bringing an end to a difficult and controversial 11 days of violence which had left 250+ people killed (most of which residents of Gaza). We've seen a sudden rise in populism these past few years. Leaders such as 🇮🇳 India's Narendra Modi, 🇧🇷 Brazil's Jair Bolsonaro, or former 🇺🇸 US president Donald Trump are just a few examples of populist leaders.
